We are a South Australian Company, and have been manufacturing kitchens for nearly 40 years. We are a part of the Farquhar Group who design, manufacture and install quality kitchens for builder and retail clients across South Australia. Job tasks and responsibilities
Reporting to the KT3 Operations Manager, this position will manage the day to day operations of a manufacturing team based in Lonsdale. The Production Manager will provide operational direction and leadership to establish and maintain a culture of teamwork, achievement, accountability and outcome focus.
Responsibilities include:
- Driving cost effective, efficient and quality ensured manufacturing practices by determining, implementing and monitoring production strategies, processes, policies and plans in collaboration with KT3 Operations Manager and staff
- Maintaining and assisting with growth of production schedules
- Confirming highest quality of work for all jobs
- Driving and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Motivating and driving your team to perform at their best, creating a happy and healthy work environment.
The Production Manager will need to take a 'hands on' approach to ensure that strict timelines are maintained and work completed is of the highest quality.
