About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional individual to manage our Bevie AU warehouse as a senior member of the Operations Team.
The role is dynamic and varied, as you will be responsible for daily and weekly staff organisation, managing order fulfillment with the team, inventory accuracy, warehouse maintenance and providing valued input into areas of improved processes.
Bevie have a high standard of expectation around the levels of customer service we deliver for our customers and this role is key in meeting these for the organisation.
Skills and experience
You'll have excellent oral and written communication skills (fluent in English), love working with and managing a great team of people and working through complex scenarios while keeping cool and calm. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is required to succeed in this role, you will ideally have experience in a large warehouse system that utilizes a computerized stock system and experience in a senior position that has clear examples of stock management and logistics skills.
A valid forklift licence is required with reach truck experience, while the role can also be physically demanding at times (lifting up to 25kg) it will keep you fit and on your toes.
