ABOUT THE ROLE
A dual Invoicing and Cartage role, this position slots in the Customs department and has links to all internal departments along with key external stakeholders. Working a dual role, this will suit an operator who loves variety and a challenge

DUTIES
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on time in full deliveries
• Ensure files are processed for invoicing and collection to minimise delay and penalties
• Maintain and update KPI’s per stakeholder requirements
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Extensive, previous invoicing and cartage experience within freight forwarding
• Operational understanding or CW1 technology
• Previous experience in a high-volume environment
• Exposure to KPI’s and tangible targets
