We are seeking applications for the role of Service and Workshop Coordinator to be based at our Workshop in Hemmant.  Reporting to the Manager – Fuel Infrastructure the successful candidate will be responsible for managing our fuel dispensing tank fit-outs and fabrication.  The role will also be responsible for managing a small team of workshop staff ensuring efficient production and cost control.  In addition, you will be expected to manage the service of our existing tanks when faults arise.  This will include identifying the fault or maintenance issues, coordinating a team of service providers across Australia to fulfil breakdown and service repair work ensuring the fault is dealt with efficiently and cost effectively.

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Trade or Fuel Tank Maintenance experience would be preferred but is not essential
  • Experience in the fuel industry or similar manufacturing and/or production facility
  • Experience with Compac Dispensers and Electronic boards.
  • Experience in maintaining containerised fuel tanks, pumps and metering equipment
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and strong organisation skills with the ability to work within a small team and with minimal supervision.
  • Current Driver’s Licence
