Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

• Review and apply inventory activities, including movements and deletions
• Maintain and update inventory records
• Develop and implement efficient inventory management procedures $30.98 p/hr
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Implement a loss prevention program
• Report any stock issues to management and place product orders as necessary
• Prepare a list of depleted products and a survey of unusable products
• Allocate stock through computer systems, barcoding to shelf
• Perform regular stock adjustments (at the conclusion of investigations) and conduct inventory related maintenance to ensure stock integrity an inventory systems are up to date and accurate
• Input stock into inventory system
• Implement / monitor regular Cycle counts
• Conduct scheduled stocktakes
• Ensure stock any ordered stock is on route, on shelves and well stocked
• Operate High Reach Forklift and Counter balance Forklift
• Willing to lift items 20+ kgs ( you will be working with small & large locomotive parts)
• Pick orders
• Load / unload trucks as required

To be considered for this role you will need:

• 2+ years minimum experience in similar role
• Strong knowledge and understanding of WMS
• Comfortable with computer based systems
• SAP ( or something similar highly regarded)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• LF Forklift licence
• High Reach experience ( 5-7 high, single deep)
• PPE: steel cap boots, long pants, ( Manpower to supply orange, long sleeve shirts)

What is on offer:

• $30.98 per hour
• Hours : 6.30am - 3.26pm or 7am- 3.56pm
• 6 months work to start with view to perm for right candidate
• 9 Day Fortnight
