Reporting to the General Manager – Service, your role is to support the service department:
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse, interpret and report on network service after sales performance and trends.
- Provide support in developing and planning improvements of the customer satisfaction index and other measurement methodologies.
- Analyse data and generate reports
- Maintain trend calculations
- Provide support to service & technical (publications, warranties etc).
Skills & Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience in data analysis
- Sound Excel and computer skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Analytical skills
- Problem solving and trend analysis
- Resilient
- Proactive approach to work
