Our client----A market leader in the steel fabrication industry is looking for an experienced Production Manager.
The company has created outstanding work place principles and policies and requires the successful candidate to follow and drive these initiatives going forward.
This will require someone who is driven to challenge----support and mentor the company staff.
You will require the following to be considered
A proven history in production Management within the steel fabrication industry or similar.
.Work closely with senior management to plan---execute and achieve tight manufacturing dead lines as required..
The ability to Motivate---Challenge and respect all work colleagues whilst gaining their respect due to your performance.
A high level of problem solving skills.
Outstanding interpersonal skills.
Excellent computer skills.
Self motivated and driven to succeed.
Confident with an active personality.
This is a high end Production Managers role,where planning,motivation,execution are some of the keys to be part of this successful company.
Salary will be negotiable based on your experience and qualifications.Between $100--$140k
