We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, enthusiastic and conscientious Storeperson to join our busy Warehousing and Distribution team.
The ideal applicant for this role will be an experienced warehouse operative having previously demonstrated success in a busy manufacturing and distribution environment.
As a Warehouse Storeperson your duties include, but are not limited to:
- Licensed operation of Forklift in accordance with all OH&S policies and procedures
- Picking, organising and packing of goods and materials in accordance with relevant procedures and or regulations
- Understand and interpret product formats, customer order requirements, and standard procedures
- Preparation and completion of appropriate documentation including liaison with other team members as required
- Allocation and/or retrieval of goods from specific warehouse areas when required for the Manufacturing team
- Move goods to designated store locations, maintain order of designated store locations
You will successfully demonstrate:
- An advanced level of interpersonal and communication skills with your superiors and colleagues.
- Sound numeracy skills and attention to detail.
- Competency and flexibility to perform all warehousing duties
- Flexibility to work altered or extended hours, as output demand may require
- Drive and ability to meet ambitious picking and despatch targets
- Basic familiarity with RF scanning devices
