The Position - Do you live in Dandenong? Would you like to leave home for work in the morning at 7.20am and be back at home by ten past four each day?  This is an interesting position with plenty to do during the day, this is the sort of position where you will get in at 7.29am each morning, you might take a call or two, you might respond to a couple of emails and place a number of orders, you might pick some stock and help load a van, you might even sweep a floor or two, you will definitely have to wash your own coffee cup and make sure you throw your chewie’s in the bin and not stickem under the desk. AND! before you know it, it’s 4pm and its home time, then you realise that you forgot to stop for lunch. Where did the time go????

The perfect candidate – We are a small team so if you are the sort of guy that will only do the duties listed on his job description, then this job is probably not for you…. actually, don’t even apply. If you like a bit of a mixed bag of lollies where your job is 70% job description and 30% let’s see what happens next, then this might be right for you. You see, we do rely on a number of third parties in order to get what we need done and no matter how hard we try, things don’t always go according to plan, so sometimes we will need to think outside the box and improvise, so if we need a hand, and you are like…. “Sorry that’s not in the Job description” then that’s not in the fabric of our game.

Previous skills required -

1. Previous picking and packing experience
2. You need to be fit and health and without any medical issues that may flare up if you are packing /unpacking boxes.
3. Someone who can demonstrate a high level of accuracy
4. You need a Forklift license
5. Experience in dealing with thousands of different types of products
6. You need to be computer literate, familiar with the Microsoft suite and not afraid to learn new software.
7. You will need to interact with our customers from time to time both face to face and via the phone, so you will need to have a personality or at the very least you need to like people

Salary  - $54,000 plus super plus all the standard holidays and sick days and all the other perks our employees enjoy
