The Role
The work will involve building converter Dolly trailers from start to finish in our large workshop in Rocklea, therefore welding and fabrication will play an essential part of the role.
Immediate start for the right candidate/Weld test
Key Requirements
-
TIG/MIG Welding essential
-
Air brake Installation knowledge Preferred
-
Proven transport equipment experience
-
Able to interpret drawings to spec
-
Trade qualified boilermaker
-
Team orientated employee
-
Spray painting experience preferred
-
Good verbal & written communication
-
Mechanical duties if required
-
Work with medium to heavy steel materials including both fabrication and welding
- You must be able to competently operate in a heavy fabrication environment
- You must be able to demonstrate a good awareness of OHS and working in line with OHS procedures
- Previous experience working with trailers and Dolly's will be highly desirable
$35.00 per hour plus super
