This company is a leader in providing glass products for commercial and residential needs. They are looking for candidates with a great work ethic and are interested in developing new skills within the glass industry. This is a great opportunity to gain experience glass handling and machine operating experience.
The successful candidates will initially join the company as an on-hired employee working 38 hours per week plus over time when required. Opportunities exist for the right candidates to move into a permanent position after a 3-6 month probationary period and successful medical and police checks.
There are a number of positions available for suitable candidates with an immediate start date.
Skills and experience required include:
- Previous experience working with glass - cutting, polishing, loading, furnace operators advantageous, but not essential
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kgs
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to work unsupervised
