The Role
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to provide support across the end to end supply chain operations of the business.
Key responsibilities include;
- Provide effective top line solutions to supply constraints and delivery plans for the end-to-end supply chain
- Add value to data integrity in Excel and be a key contributor to the wider planning process
- Lead the product life cycle program across all products to ensure high levels of product availability within the supplier network
- Management of transportation and 3PL warehouses across Australia
- Optimising stock and assets
- Monitor demand and supply levels to ensure inventory is maintained and optimised
- 2+ years within a related supply chain discipline (planning, inventory, materials)
- Solution based with strong attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills at all levels
Positive, flexible and proactive in attitude - Strong working knowledge of Excel and ERP systems
