It is a privately owned Australian company who is specialized in providing technical services for bulk material handling industry.

About the role

1. Promote products and marketing:  finding customers, understanding customers' needs, providing sales plan and quotation Identify all relevant information in the market and communicate to the business
2. Routine sales duties: sending quotes, placing and tracking orders, participating delivery plans,
3. After-sale service: on-site visit and routine customer relationship maintenance, handling customer complaints, answering customer inquiries, Other general duties required

Skills and experience

• Previous 2 years of relevant work experience or tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering graduate
• A strong team focus and the ability maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
• Exceptional customer service skills and a solutions focused approach to problem solving;
• A 'can do' attitude, honest work ethic and learning ability
• Be able to drive to work
• Chinese & English fluent bilingual speakers will be ideal
