The Client:

Located in the Dandenong the modern warehouse will offer flexible shift times, professional development and ongoing support within an excellent team environment.
The Role:
Initially employed on a casual basis, rostering over 7 days, 20 - 25 hours a week.
Shift times approximately ranging from 5 -7 hours with the commencing times varying from 5.30 am, 12.00 Noon and 3.00 pm
The successful applicant will be required to work within a fast-paced environment and have the drive to achieve and exceed KPI’s.
With comprehensive training and ongoing support, employees are required to pick and pack grocery items up to 16kg using a voice picking system or a terminal pick.
Required skills & Attributes
- Staging orders ready for despatch
- Manually wrapping pallets
- Tugger operating
- Daily picking as per KPI’s
- Voice picking
- Flexible with finishing times to ensure completion
The successful candidate must have the ability to work within a fast-paced repetitive environment, while using their own initiative to complete their daily picking duties with the support of their section leaders.
Candidates who have previous warehousing experience will be looked upon favourably, although it is not an essential requirement.
