How would I contribute to insignia’s success? 

As a key member of insignia’s leadership team, you will report directly to the Executive General Manager; be responsive to the Group’s Executive Leadership Team and present annually to our Board of Directors. 

You will have senior level production expertise in Label or Print custom manufacturing, so we will welcome your innovative strategies to drive lean manufacturing, improve machine operating efficiencies and overall performance outcomes in all areas of our manufacturing operations in Brisbane and Melbourne.

Don’t worry, you won’t be spending your time confined to an office.  We expect to see you most days, having a hands-on approach with your people and production. You have four direct reports managing around 45 people, who will look to you for strong leadership and technical guidance.

Our customer’s come first.  Sales and customer experience teams will also need to work collaboratively with you to ensure insignia is seen as a great place to do business with - it’s a team effort, and you will be a key contributor.
