AWX is currently seeking enthusiastic, reliable, punctual and hard working process workers on the Sunshine Coast. These opportunities will be for Day Shift and Afternoon Shift, Monday to Saturday, so you MUST be available and flexible to work across all of these times. Typical tasks may include but are not limited to:

• Working on a fast paced production line
• Packing of finished products
• Food handling/process work
• Housekeeping within the production area
• Adhere to all OHS policies and procedures

Successful candidates must possess the following personal and professional attributes:

• Proven work history as a production/process worker in the food industry
• Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
• High attention to detail
• Ability to follow direction and specific company processes
• Proactive attitude
• Be prepared to do repetitive tasks
• Must be available to work varied shifts (day, afternoon and Saturday’s)
• Be flexible with different job roles
• Have a strong safety and quality focus
• Have a current driver’s license and access to or own reliable transport
• Previous experience within a food factory is an advantage
