We have a fantastic opportunity available to join our current team of 100+ Custom Care Agents at Sydney International Airport. 

The main purpose of the role will be to ensure the safe transfer of PRM (Passenger with Reduced Mobility) throughout Sydney International Terminal in a timely manner, providing mobility assistance and enabling passengers to enjoy all aspects of the airport experience.

You will:
  • Nurtures a memorable connection with every passenger by remaining fully engaged through completion of service leaving a positive last impression.
  • Ensures excellent customer service is shown to every passenger in every passenger interaction.
  • Informs passengers in an accurate and timely manner regarding changes to flights schedules.
  • Observes passengers to identify needs and adjusts service accordingly.
  • Promptly answers the Radio.
  • Calmly and with empathy attends to situations that requires escalation, addresses concerns as appropriate.
  • Actively assists passengers with their hand baggage on to and off of the aircraft and also hold luggage from baggage reclaim.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Flexibility to work a rolling roster over 7 days a week. Early starts and late finishing shifts.
  • Ability to communicate with staff and public alike.
  • Self-motivated and flexible.
  • Is always approachable and helpful when dealing with customers.
  • Is keen, enthusiastic and participates well with staff and management.
  • Willing to undergo a criminal record checks
  • Successfully complete Airport Security Identification process.
