Description
As Procurement Category Manager you will take responsibility and ownership for designing and implementing a procurement strategy that works to deliver value across various indirect categories of spend. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to evaluate and identify best practice from a procurement perspective.
Key focuses include generating a category spend analysis report, conducting supplier evaluations and scorecard reports whilst providing procurement advice across major areas of spend. Each Category Manager has responsibility for a sizeable spend across a broad portfolio.
Profile
The successful candidate will be a procurement specialist who can work autonomously, creatively and commercially to deliver value to the organisation.
You will have an authentic, capable, credible and astute demeanour that works to influence and persuade all stakeholders and achieve optimal outcomes in partnership with vendors.
You will have a track record of success that highlights your wins implementing a category management plan and enhancing supplier performances.
Job Offer
Salary commensurate with experience.
$125,000 - $140,000 + Super + Bonus
