The Company
Our client is an International & Australian success story experiencing massive growth who are expanding their logistics operations in Melbourne's North West.

Role
You will be responsible for managing several key team leaders in a facility supported by 200+ transport and warehouse employees. This facility will handle large volumes of product in a fast paced environment where you will need to work effectively, efficiently and safely. Key to your success will be your strong leadership and people management skills along with an ability to be professional, strategic, accountable and quick thinking in a controlled environment.

Skills and experience
• A completed University Bachelor or Masters Degree 
• Proven leadership exp managing large teams
• Ability to train, develop and performance manage
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Previous experience in a similar environment
• Professional, intelligent and articulate personality

Inherent Requirements:
1. Ability to work any 5 days in 7 on a rotating basis
2. Flexibility to work either AM or PM shifts
