Our Client:
Is a leading International Freight Forwarding company providing customised supply chain solutions to their portfolio of clients.
Due to the continued growth and new clients acquired, a new role has been created for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join the team.
Based in the inner city, you will be managing shipments within Customer service from start to finish.
If you are already in a customer service role within the industry with a strong work ethic and determination to succeed then this could be the role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of key clients
- Expedite client orders for LCL, FCL, FAK and airfreight shipments
- Order status management
- Customer service – provide weekly status reports to clients
- Liaising with overseas offices/agents on a daily basis via email/phone
- Preparing quotations as required
- Work closely with operations, monitoring the shipments to ensure they move as booked
To be considered:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in similar role
- Mandarin language skills both verbal and written (Advantage)
- A "Can do" attitude and willingness to learn
- The drive to increase your industry knowledge and presence
- Understanding of industry Incoterms
