Due to continued growth in our WA region we are now seeking to expand our local team in Munster to 5. We are looking for an IT savy individual with an eye for detail. You will be responsible for assisting our domestics sales manager and operations team in providing our domestic clients with excellent customer service. Ideally we are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, is quick to reply and is prepared to take the next step in their career.
*The successful candidate can expect their role to focus on our domestic transport services. Liaising with local, and east coast suppliers of transport related products you will be responsible for:
- Negotiating rates and arranging the transport of goods by Sea, Road and Rail.
- Con notes and bills of lading generation
- Updating client on expected pickup and delivery dates of cargo.
- Job Registrations & updating of shipments in Cargowise One
- Transport Schedules
- Invoicing
- General office duties
*Additional tasks may be allocated due to successful applicants skill set
To be considered for this full-time role you must have the following experience and skills set:
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Be computer literate, and be able to learn new systems quickly
- High keyboard accuracy and speed.
- Problem Solving Mindset
- Ability to handle stress, and work within deadlines
- Be able to work in a team environment & independently as required
