Machine Operators 

Australian owned Beverage company seeking to employ a Machine Operator to join our manufacturing site at Welshpool.

Reporting to the Operations Manager your main duties will include: 

• Operate all machines and/or process systems in a safe and efficient manner.
• Attention to Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost
• Work in a fast paced environment
• A background in FMCG is preferred
• The ability to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment
• High levels of numeracy, literacy and mechanical aptitude
• Ensuring company quality management systems are being adhered to and quality targets are being achieved
• Adherence to hazard analysis & critical control points (HACCP) standards

To succeed in this role you will need:

• Previous experience in a FMCG manufacturing environment
• A hands on attitude
• Ability to make FAST objective decisions based on facts and data
• Mechanical aptitude
• Rotating Shift Work
• Reliable transport
