Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Storeperson / Production Operative to join the team at our blending and repackaging plant at Girraween, NSW. You will be working in a dynamic and friendly environment in this hands on role.
You are team focused, able to work to deadlines and juggle tasks. You'll also have good communication skills (written and verbal), and an attention to detail.
Your years of experience as a Storeperson and forklift operator in a manufacturing environment will come in handy. You'll feel confident in working with dangerous goods, including using appropriate PPE while you mix and blend liquid or powdered chemicals to specification.
You'll take pride in your work, ensuring safe handling and storage of products, whilst maintaining a tidy production area.
You'll have no trouble following direction: Redox provides training for compliance and safety; we have clear procedures and guidelines, and our leadership team are supportive and experienced.
Note that this position is:
- Full time / Permanent, 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday
- The position will move to a new state-of-the-art Production facility in Minto NSW in 2019 or 2020.
Essential requirements
- You hold a current forklift Licence with at least 3 years' experience;
- Have knowledge and working experience with chemicals and/or other dangerous goods;
- Are legally entitled to work in Australia (Aust/NZ citizenship, or Permanent residence);
- 100% committed to safety above everything else
- Are within a reasonable driving distance from both our sites at Girraween, and Minto.
