Rare opportunity to build on your career with Wagners. Due to continuous growth and expansion of our recently ASX listed company, an opportunity exists for a suitably qualified and experienced Concrete Manager to oversee both our permanent and mobile concrete plants across various and existing company and project sites throughout Australia.
Reporting to the CEO Materials & Mining and working closely with other divisions across the organisation, this exciting opportunity is primarily responsible for evaluating current and future business opportunities and to significantly grow and develop Wagners concrete operations throughout South East Queensland. Furthermore, you will be accountable for managing the day to day operations of both fixed and mobile concrete plants in line with current legislative requirements.
This role will suit a proactive and motivated business leader. Your ability to work under pressure and influence negotiations to build strong relationships with current and future stakeholders and preparedness to work flexible hours will be necessary to meet the organisational needs of the role. As is your experience in reporting to measure, monitor and review to affect the impact or success of business activities.
Relevant qualifications as well as solid experience within a similar role is essential.
