Toll People are recruiting for an experienced MR Truck Driver, who preferably holds a current Dangerous Goods Licence for a position within a well-respected company in Alice Springs. This role will suit someone looking for an organised but fast paced & energetic environment, with a commitment to quality.
You will be responsible for;
- Efficiently & Safely delivering gas bottles to residential customers in the local area
- Loading/Unloading Trucks
- Restraining of Loads
- Manual Handling
- Customer Service
- Completion of relevant paperwork
To be successful in this role you will have;
- Current MR or Higher Driver’s Licence
- Minimum 2yrs driving experience relevant to your licence - within the last 2yrs
- Experience delivering gas bottles of varying size and types
- Experience with freight scanners and con notes
- National Police Clearance - issued within last 3mths (or ability to obtain one)
- Driver History report - issued by MVR within last 3mths (or ability to obtain one)
- Dangerous Goods Licence (Highly desirable but not mandatory)
