About the business and the role

We are an organics recycling business and are seeking a tractor and agricultural machinery operator to join our team.

This is the job for you if you are:

• Have sound interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Job tasks and responsibilities

The tasks and responsibilities of this role include:

• Safe and responsible tractor and machinery operation.
• Paddock preparation including slashing, mulching and weed control.
• Paperwork to keep accurate and up to date records.
• Machinery checks and minor maintenance in the field.
• Work 5 to 6 days per week.

Skills and experience

The successful applicant will have-

• Machinery operating skills and experience.
• Be physically fit.
• Working knowledge of workplace health and safety in field operations.
• Be reliable and have a solid work ethic.
• Great communication skills.
• A desire to work in, promote and maintain a positive culture.
• Flexible in their approach to their working duties & willing to pitch in as required.
• Vacuum tanker operation is an advantage.
