The opportunity; Toll is currently seeking an experienced Team Managers / Warehouse Supervisors to join one of our sites located in Chullora for AM shift. You will be responsible for managing and developing a team of up to 15-20 staff members and ensuring they achieve the daily KPI’s set for inbound stock operations. You will also manage a single customer account at a high level ensuring a win-win approach to all business solutions.

The role:

• Manage a single client account and maintain the highest customer satisfaction level
• Manage daily inbound operations of container stock
• Ensuring that high standards of health and safety are maintained.
• Ensure all procedures, deadlines and KPIs are met
• To plan and coordinate daily and monthly activities ensuring utilisation of staff and company resources
• Determine staff requirements based on work output
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative work procedures and practices
• Responsible for ensuring that the movement of stock in and out of the warehouse is controlled and documented

You will have:

• 3-5 years’ experience in warehousing management role (essential)
• Ability to solve complex situations in a timely matter
• Proven ability to build and maintain excellent relations with clients
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to busy changing environments
• Ability to lead and motivate staff
• Multi-task and prioritise workload
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
