Our client based in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne has been running for two decades with the sole purpose to assist in servicing the growing requirements of the Australian Retail Industry. Due to growth and demand they are now seeking the services of 3 Team Leaders in their despatch area.

You must have good communication skills and be very confident driving a counterbalance forklift. You will be supervising groups to achieve despatch dead lines

Reporting to the Shift Manager, the Warehouse Team Leader will be responsible for providing quality leadership to the warehouse team to ensure efficient dispatching of goods in accordance with company procedures and customers' requirements. A hand's on approach is essential. Suitable candidates will have strong warehouse operations experience and the ability to lead a team to achieve results.

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Hold a current forklift license, (with experience)
• Setting up packing lines
• Lead packing teams to achieve dead lines
• Receiving & shipping of stock
• Must be physically fit to perform manual lifting
• Ability to, organise, prioritise and successfully complete daily tasks.
• Good attention to detail
• Be self-motivated.
• Comply with OH&S policy
• Be Well presented.
• Ability to work in a team environment and be receptive to change.
