About the role
We are seeking a bright and conscientious person to join our finance team as Purchasing Assistant.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for a range of duties such as:
- Raising, placing, tracking and reporting on purchase order status.
- Following up with suppliers as needed to confirm specifications.
- Ensuring supplier items cards are updated and have current specifications.
- Maintain and review minimum stock holdings.
- Identifying purchasing requirements and report.
