The role:
As the General Manager of Corporate Services you will be accountable for the development of new business and the retention of existing customers, working with a new business sales lead and their team, together with our Client Service Manager and team and the Client Relationship Manager and team. The role is strategic in nature as you will be responsible for setting and executing the company sales and development plan. The role requires the applicant to work closely with a like role in a sister company in the broader group. This is a new role.
What’s needed:
The ability to develop and execute a complex sales and service strategy, manage a diverse team of sales and relationship professional’s, prepare and present best in class tenders and proposals, develop our suite of online resources and solutions as the client side expert while meeting the sales and relationship metrics required by the business.
To apply you must have:
- Good people skills
- 5 years in a senior sales role
- Demonstrated success in managing and developing sales teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven experience in running large scale bids
- Experience in budgeting and managing a P&L
