Dorel Australia is an established, global company with specialist divisions offering leading brands of Juvenile products within the Major and Independent retail market across Australia and Greater Asia.
We are currently seeking a QA Manager who is committed to child safety and has a track record in driving continuous improvement as well as proven experience in the areas of compliance and regulatory matters.
You will be responsible for maintaining Dorel quality management systems and all critical requirements of AS/NZS1754 and PCP type 5 are met to ensure high product quality of our brands.
QA Manager is responsible and accountable for managing Quality Inspectors functions and areas.
Reporting to the Senior Quality Assurance Manager, this position has direct responsibility for ensuring our quality policy and procedures are followed and adhered to at all times.
We are seeking an individual who loves working in a hands on environment, is self motivated and independent.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for maintaining Dorel quality management systems and all critical requirements of AS/NZS1754 and PCP type 5 are met to ensure high product quality of our brands.
- Ensuring our products adhere to all relevant standards
- Communicate and liaise with factories, suppliers and key stakeholders
- Liaise across all areas of the business and build effective relationships
- Ensure all grade specifications are compliant and upgraded
The successful candidate will possess:
- 2-3 years experience in a Senior Quality Assurance Officer role
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- A highly motivated nature with the ability to work autonomously
- An adaptable, professional and genuine attitude
- Previous experience working with quality systems
