An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic, professional and hardworking Logistics Supervisor - International to join our team. Based in our St Kilda Rd Head Office and reporting to the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager, this position is responsible for the management of shipping requirements for all items including apparel, accessories, visual merchandising and store fixtures.

Some Key Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the co-ordination of International freight movements via sea and air
• Ensuring compliance with import and export legislative requirements
• Gather and prepare source documentation for export of inventory and non- inventory items (commercial invoices, packing lists etc)
• Organisation and communication of shipments and deliveries to final destination
• Support in the management of freight forwarder and 3PL partner relationships
• Provide statistical analysis to assist in shipping related decision making
• Manage administration of freight and services invoices from multiple agents
• Support in day to day team management and development

 
To be successful you must possess the following:

• Relevant experience in administration, shipping or logistics, preferably in Fashion Retail
• Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel, and experience of mainframe systems
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• The ability to work well in a team
