Fantastic local opportunity for an experienced Export Administrator to join a busy packaging company for both the domestic and export markets.
Main duties and responsibilities for this role include;
Looking after the daily export of final products to the Australasian region ·
Provide excellent administrative support the General Management ·
Procurement Administration which will involve gathering/researching of quote for the General Manager to sign off ·
Liaison with Warehouse staff daily ·
Liaison with Customers via email and other forms of communication ·
To be successful in this role it is essential you have worked previously in a similar role, together with;
Experience within the Manufacturing/Food and Beverage industry ·
Must have excellent numeracy and literacy skills ·
Experience and sound knowledge of export/import practices and guidelines ·
Be a pro-active team player ·
Excellent prioritizing of workflow ·
Excellent communication skills ·
If you are looking for a role close to the South West area with little commute this is the perfect location! This position comes with a great work environment, and is close to the M5 for ease of transport.
Please note that for the right applicant the hours are flexible in start and finish times, however a 38hour week is required Monday to Friday.
