About the company

Our client, a boutique, privately owned dairy manufacturer require the assistance of Evolve Scientific Recruitment to source an experienced Production Supervisor on a short term contract basis to start immediately.

Candidates on working holiday visas are encouraged to apply as this is a limited tenure.

This ultra modern facility is easily accessible by public transport and has free on-site parking. It is located not far from Melbourne CBD.

About the role:

Reporting through to the Production Manager this role is responsible for:

• Production Management and scheduling
• Co-ordinate of incoming raw materials
• Staff leadership
• Continuous improvement of plant efficiencies
• Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure food safety standards are met consistently
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
• Assisting with the maintenance of documentation

To be successful in this position you will have:

• Previous experience within FMCG is essential
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Exceptional report writing skills
