Haverick Meats is one of Australia's leading Foodservice meat distributors, servicing the highest quality portion controlled and valued added meat products, Australia wide and to exports markets abroad. Our main domestic customer base include Steakhouses, Restaurants, Airlines, Entertainment venues, 5-star hotels, Health Care, etc.
We are looking for Meat Packers who possess the drive and ambition needed to succeed in a demanding and fast paced environment. The successful applicants must be clean and tidy in appearance, reliable and punctual.
It is preferable that the candidate demostrates a level of competency in the following:
- Ability to work in a cold environment
- Ability to maintain consistent attendance
- Ability to complete tasks as an individual or in a team environment
- Read and understand Product codes, PLU's and batch labelling
- Pack bulk meat products into vacuum pack bags
- Combine wet and dry marinades and rubs to various protein options
- Process various hand made crumb and breaded product lines
- Must have experience in operating various packaging & labelling machines, with the ability to demostrate and explain previous roles.
- Work in conjunction with Butchers and Warehouse colleagues to manage raw material & finished goods stock
- Maintain a clean and organised work station
- The successful applicant will be working within various functions and provide support to existing teams

6 DAY FULL TIME
Monday to Friday 2.00am to 11.00am
Saturday 2.00am to 8.00am
The successful applicant must have the right to work in Australia, be reliable and have their own transport.
