Client Details
My client is a leading and well established company producing a wide range of traditional European products in the food business who is looking to take on a Production Manager into their team. They have a strong demand for their product and are forecasting continuous development throughout the year.
Description
- Managing and improving production planning and efficiency in the plant
- Management of all factory related matters including maintenance and Quality
- Implementation of a continuous improvement and staff training programs
- Motivating all production staff and instilling a quality culture
Profile
- Tertiary qualifications and experience in a manufacturing environment
- Specific experience in food industry
- Lean Manufacturing experience in a high volume production environment is essential
- The ability to manage and lead a team of supervisors across different shifts
