We require Customer Service Warehouse Operator to be employed on a permanent full- time basis in in Keswick SA.

This customer service / warehouse operator position requires a person to work autonomously being responsible for varied tasks including the running of the warehouse, stores, dispatch and receiving functions for a vast array of products along with customer service and administration functions.

---

• Receiving, dispatching, packing and/or unpacking of goods
• Ensuring accurate stock levels are maintained and completing cyclic stock takes of components
• Ensuring the safe storage and handling of all product
• Implementing and enforcing warehouse WHS rules and procedures
• Liaising with internal and external customers regarding deliveries
• Ensuring all data entry relating to the movement of stock is completed accurately

• Significant experience in warehousing and logistics

• Previous experience in coordinating a warehouse and working autonomously
• Must have strong computer / admin skills
• Exceptional organising and time management skills
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Problems solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Customer Service skills
• Forklift Licence (LF)

• Pronto Xi Experience
• Previous Experience in the electronic security and/or fire industry
