Our client is an established Consumer Goods Company, manufactures and distributes an extensive range of garden products, looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Chemical Batcher to join their team.

 

You will be responsible for Chemical Mixer, following batching process, end to end within production line. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accurately weighing and following all batching instructions as written in the batch record
• Responsible for following all batch record documentation procedures 
• Responsible for pumping approved products from mixing tanks to storage
• Tends machine that mixes specified chemicals and liquids according to formula to prepare solutions for use in processing exposed film: Opens valves and starts pumps to transfer specified amount and type of liquid from storage tank into mixing tanks.
• Be able to safely operate a forklift to move/weigh chemicals required for batching.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the raw material storage and batching areas
• Must understand and adhere to all applicable GMP standards 

Our ideal candidate MUST Have:
- Experience in Pharma, Food or Chemical Industry
- Prior experience in raw material batch mixing 
- Forklift licence MUST
- Good numerical skills
