The Production team has a unique opportunity available for a Production Supervisor to lead the delivery of frontlist and reprint products in an exciting and dynamic environment.

Reporting to the Content Delivery Manager, this role will provide support and guidance to a small, close knit Production team whilst working hands-on to manage the production of our promotions list.

Key responsibilities:

  • Cost estimation and project management of all promotional products
  • Department planning and management with print providers
  • Ensuring key internal stakeholders are up-to-date with the status of projects
  • Utilizing innovation to improve processes and workflows for print and digital projects
  • Working collaboratively with the Design team to ensure all pieces are designed to exceptional standards and within agreed timelines
  • Managing 4 staff, including providing support and guidance as required
  • Gaining a sound knowledge of each division to ensure smooth workflows for each area

Key attributes:

  • Minimum 5 years experience working in a product creation environment
  • Experience creating digital products
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Prior experience with budget management
  • Willingness to embrace new technology to improve efficiency
  • The desire to drive tasks and people to deliver on time
  • Exceptional time-management skills, and the ability to prioritize your own work as well as that of your team
  • Management experience will be highly regarded
  • Print knowledge and expertise is desirable
