Working with a company in a niche market that is continuously expanding
You will begin on 8 hours shifts on day shift until fully trained in full operation, to then will move to 12 hour day and night shift team consisting of the hours below, this will be in rotation over 7 day week roster
8 HOUR ROSTER to begin with training
Day shift 7am - 3pm Rate $26.14
12 HOUR ROTATING ROSTER once trained
Day shift 7am - 7pm
Night shift 7pm - 7am
Penalties will incur with time & half and double time after 8 hours and weekends
Successful candidates will be required to work every second weekend once trained and working on 12 hour rotating roster
Positions will vary depending on work department, but could entail;
- Loading machines with material manually
- assist with any fault finding when machines break down
- QA
- Forklift counterbalance use to load & unload machine of bulk product
- Pre pack prior to customer supply
- Working within a small but close knit family orientated team
- Lifting up to 15kg
To be successful:
- MUST be flexible to work day shift during training for up to 2 months
- Ability to commit to rotating roster 12 hour shifts including weekends Day and Night shift, once trained
- LF forklift license
- Previous machine operating within manufacturing industry
- Mechanical aptitude
- Understanding of KPI's and ability to ensure they are met within this fast paced work environment
- Own reliable transport
- Steel capped safety boots & high visibility
