Covering a maternity contract this role will report into the Financial Controller, and will be responsible for the forecasting and purchasing of required inventory for customer and production requirements.

Description
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Processing purchase orders
- Maintaining inventory levels
- Raising purchase orders
- Tracking orders and shipments
- Liaising with freight forwarders
- Compiling shipping documents and customs clearance
- Maintaining an updating records
- Providing quotes
- Any other ad-hoc tasks
Profile
To be considered for this role you need to have:
- Solid understanding and knowledge of purchasing processes and systems
- Experience in international shipping
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- The ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
- Great attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and ERP systems
