Unipod is Victoria's leading and largest specialist in foam waffle pod production.
Unipod prides itself on producing the highest quality foam pods and delivering exceptional customer service at all times. We are now seeking like minded individuals to join our dynamic team.
We currently have an opening for an experienced full time Production Supervisor with a high level of mechanical aptitude.
This is a role from Monday – Friday on Morning- or Afternoon shift with significant ongoing voluntary overtime. Ideally you will have previous experience operating manufacturing machinery, production supervision and a strong OHS focus.
The successful applicant should have the following skills
- Strong people management & leadership skills
- Experience in a high volume manufacturing environment
- Attention to detail and quality
- Leading and motivating
- Decision making
- Planing and self managing
- Result orientation
- Understanding of lean manufacturing
- Knowledge of OHS standards and processes
- Working with Word/Excel - intermediate level
- Forklift licence and experience is desired but not essential
