About the role
Our client is a global leader in the FMCG Industry, and due to an increase in production they are searching for Production Operators to join their established and highly efficient team in Wagga.
With attractive EBA pay rates, the position is on a Regular Casual basis, usually working 2-4 days per week, up to 12 hours per day.
Previous experience in a Food Manufacturing environment is a bonus, however, the below attributes are crucial in order for you to succeed in this role:
- The ability to perform repetitive manual tasks while standing for long periods;
- A driven, positive attitude and the willingness to learn;
- Strong and demonstrated teamwork skills;
- A solid understanding of Food Hygiene and HACCP principles; and
- A demonstrated ability to be reliable and punctual.
