Brands Distribution NSW provides logistics and other essential services to Office National and Office Products Depot Companies in Greater Western Sydney. We are expanding and require an experienced Purchasing Professional to join our team.

This role is hands-on, requires excellent communication skills coupled with a high degree of organisational skills. You will work autonomously and be responsible for all aspects of Purchasing and Replenishment for a shared warehouse servicing five Independent Dealers in the Office Products Industry.

Reporting to the General Manager, the role is full-time and our business operates Mon - Fri 8.00am to 5.00pm. Our customers expect DIFOT and we complete all orders daily. The tasks in this role are numerous and high attention to detail is key. Experience in a similar role for a small dealership in the Office Products Industry or similar FMCG environment is preferred. 

Key Responsibilities;

  • Management of Purchasing and Replenishment tasks
  • Liaising with and relationship management of Suppliers
  • Accountable for buying outcomes (cost of goods)
  • Ability to source new suppliers
  • High attention to detail and problem solving skills

To be considered for this role, you will possess the following;

  • Industry experience in a similar role with a small Dealership
  • Passion for making a difference in a financially critical role
  • Demonstrated experience in managing Supplier relationships
  • High level written and verbal communication skills
  • High level ITC skills
  • High level of accuracy & attention to detail
  • Possess a forward thinking approach with an ability to balance a range of work priorities
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
