About us:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join our successful team in the Inner City Office, we service a broad client base within the Warehousing and Logistics Industry. 
  
About the role:

• Filling high volume client job orders 
• Building and maintaining client and candidate relationships 
• Recruitment and selection of casual employees 
• Maintaining active candidate base for customers' needs 
• Administration tasks as required
• Rostering and monitoring  OT across multiple sites
• KPI reporting
• Conduct site inductions and ensure seamless on-boarding of new casual employees

About you:

• Proven experience working in a fast paced, customer service environment
• Impeccable customer service and relationship building skills
• The ability to work well as part a small yet highly efficient team
• Flexible with hours of work as you will be required to work either a 6am-3pm shift or 9am-6pm shift
• Your own transport
• Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders at any level
