Tonkin Steel is a steel distributor in North Queensland and has been in the steel business for over 50 years.

We require an energetic CNC Machine operator at our branch in Cairns.

This job involves processing steel plate and other steel products to customer requirements, and loading and unloading of goods.

To be considered for this role you will require:

previous experience with steel or similar products,
Boiler maker/ Machinist back ground
store experience
forklift and overhead gantry tickets,
ability to work autonomously in a small team environment.
