We are seeking experienced and motivated Customer Service Executive to join our team. This position is based in our Melbourne Airport and will report to the Customer Service Manager.

The Role:

  • To ensure customers details are kept up to date at all times. This is inclusive of all client rates (origin / freight / destination), contact details (inclusive but not limited to delivery address / billing address / p.i.c.), reporting requirements, and monitoring of the financial status of accounts against their approved credit status/limits. Liaise and report to Management and/or Sales (as directed by Management) on accounts that are approaching/outside their agreed terms.
  • To ensure customers are kept up to date on all matters – pre-alerts, arrival dates, off loads, delivery schedule throughout the international supply chain process.
  • Order follow-up and maintenance of Order reports for customers.
  • Implement and maintain client SOP’s as required at the direction of Management
  • To quote our customers and overseas offices at a profitable level.
  • Handling customers rate queries / shipment queries
  • Liaise with overseas offices to obtain best possible rates and services from these offices.
  • Ensure all overseas e-mail’s and letters concerning the Customer Service department are answered on a daily basis.
  • The promotion and development of all facets of Bollore services – Import, Export and added value services.
  • To ensure the Bollore’s interests are always protected and presented in a professional manner in line with company policies.
  • Liaise with operational and warehouse staff to ensure client requirements are met
  • Ensure client profiles are maintained and updated as required.

The candidate:
