The role:

We have an opportunity for a Transport Coordinator to work within a key client account based in Woolloomollo in Sydney. The Transport Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of an effective, responsive and safe Transport Support Services for our client.

Due to the security clearance checks for this account to be successful you must be an Australian Citizen.

Essentially you be responsible for the following:

  • Prepare driver rosters and coordinate any courier activities;
  • Supervise and coordinate drivers undertaking tasks;
  • Compile and maintain mandated transport documentation;
  • Manage and maintain designated Fleet vehicles; 
  • Allocate, issue and receive Fleet vehicles including license checks, provide vehicle familiarisation, documentation, provide fuel cards, provide e-tags/motorway cards

Skills & Experience

  • Must have a Car (C) Drivers Licence;
  • Experience in the delivery of a fleet and transport management functions;
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage fleet management processes and practices effectively;
  • Understanding of contract administration practices;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proficiency in desktop applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word;
