About the Role
An exciting opportunity has just become available for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader who will be responsible for leading and developing team members and exceeding production targets and warehouse KPIs. You will use your skills and knowledge in FMCG warehousing to add value to our Bibra Lake facility.
Duties
- Supervise teams of warehouse / production staff
- Work in a cold room environment (between 2 degree Celcius - 6 degree Celcius)
- Cover shifts across a 24/7 factory
- Work safely and adhere to food hygiene rules
- Repetitive movements and standing for long periods required in all roles
- Operate warehousing equipment
Skills & Experience
- LF Licence and high reach experience essential
- Experience working with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Previous supervisory experience within a similar environment
- Experience in system changeover, an advantage
- Ability to work at a very fast pace with a focus on achieving KPI’s
- Ability to complete administrative tasks as needed
- Strong computer literacy required
- Experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transport to get to your shifts
- High attention to detail
