Are you looking for the next step in your warehousing career? Wishing to work close to home? Our client a National, Specialist Logistics organisation has a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Warehouse Storeman to join their team in a multi-client facility. Working a 5am – 1pm shift this is your opportunity to step out of a hands on role and learn the office side of the operation.

You will have strong systems skills, a current Forklift license, an eye for detail and an interest in learning the back office side of the business. Training will be provided. 
 
Responsibilities of the role will include:

• Assisting allocators with transport scheduling
• Picking/Packing & loading of pallets
• Ensuring accuracy of stock information in warehouse management system
• Staging stock for dispatch
• Operating a high reach forklift for picking and packing

To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following: 

• Previous experience in a Warehouse environment 
• Strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail
• Impeccable communication skills
• High levels of computer literacy and experience with a warehouse management system
• Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
• Current forklift licence
